All custom magnet orders are final sale and non-refundable once the final design has been approved and sent to print.
Please carefully review and approve all proofs before production. Once approved, no changes can be made, and no refunds will be issued for design errors or incorrect information provided by the client.
If your magnets arrive with a printing error or physical damage caused during production or shipping, please contact me within 3 business days of delivery. I will work with the print vendor to resolve the issue and provide a reprint if necessary.
Note: Issues resulting from client-approved designs (e.g., typos, wrong contact info, etc.) are not eligible for reprint or refund.
