At Designs by AB, I take pride in delivering high-quality, custom design work. Due to the personalized nature of my services, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun or final files have been delivered.

Digital Services & Design Work

Once design concepts, proofs, or final files are shared, refunds are not available. I offer a revision process to ensure your satisfaction, and I’ll work closely with you to meet your expectations before final delivery.

Printed Products

Printed items (such as business cards, magnets, or flyers) are non-refundable after you’ve approved the final proof for production. If there is a printing error caused by the vendor (e.g., incorrect cuts, color issues, or shipping damage), please notify me within 3 business days of receiving your order. I’ll coordinate a reprint at no additional cost.

Design errors approved by the client are not eligible for reprint or refund.
