Due to the custom nature of all designs and printed materials, all sales are final and non-refundable once approval is given for production.

Please carefully review all proofs before giving final approval. Once a design is approved and sent to print, no changes can be made.

If your printed business cards arrive with a printing error caused by the printer (e.g., incorrect cut, color issues, or damage during shipping), please contact me within 3 business days of delivery. I will work with the print vendor to resolve the issue and provide a reprint if necessary.

Note: Design errors approved by the client (e.g., typos or outdated info) are not eligible for a reprint or refund.
