All banner orders are custom-made and therefore non-refundable once final approval has been given and the order is sent to print.

Please review your banner design proof carefully. Once you approve the final design, no changes can be made, and refunds will not be issued for any errors (such as typos, dates, or incorrect information) that were approved.

If your banner arrives with a printing error or damage caused during production or shipping, please notify me within 3 business days of receiving your order. I will work with the print vendor to resolve the issue and provide a reprint at no additional cost.
