Due to the custom and digital nature of animated flyers, all sales are final and non-refundable once the animation work has begun or the initial draft is delivered.

I provide a revision process to ensure the final animation meets your expectations. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Changes requested after final approval

• Client-provided errors or late updates (e.g., text changes, event details)

• Missed deadlines caused by delayed client feedback

If there are technical issues with the delivered files (such as corrupted files or format problems), I will promptly correct and resend the files at no extra charge.
